Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

dreamgirl.pro (“the Service”) is an automated Reverse Speech analysis platform. By creating an account, uploading a recording, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
  • Accounts are verified by a one-time code sent to your phone number or email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number or email secure.
  • One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Recordings — Rights & Responsibilities

  • You keep ownership. Recordings you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, analyze, and display them back to you, and to deliver any sharing you explicitly request.
  • You must have the right to upload them. You represent that you own each recording or have permission to use it, including — where required by applicable law — the consent of any person whose voice appears in it. Laws on recording conversations vary by state and country; complying with them is your responsibility.
  • Third-party sources. If you submit a link to third-party content (such as a YouTube URL), you are responsible for ensuring your use of that content complies with applicable law and the source platform’s terms.
  • Prohibited content. Do not upload content that is illegal, that infringes others’ rights, or that involves minors in any inappropriate way. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. The Nature of the Output

Reverse Speech analysis is an interpretive process. The Service’s output — transcripts of perceived reversals, gists, and interpretive summaries — is offered for reflection and exploration, not as fact, diagnosis, prediction, or advice. The Disclaimer is part of these Terms. Interpretive gists are generated by an AI language model and may contain errors or interpretations you disagree with.

5. Billing & Refunds

  • Analysis is billed as processing time, deducted from your balance by the second when a recording is submitted. Processing time is purchased in packs at the prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Free tape time (signup and monthly minutes) has no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. The monthly free minute expires at the end of each calendar month; signup and purchased minutes do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; changes never affect tape time you have already purchased.
  • Tape time already consumed by completed analyses is not refundable. For unused purchased tape time, contact support — we will review refund requests in good faith, and nothing in this section limits any right to a refund you have under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service’s software, design, and documentation are the property of dreamgirl.pro. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • “Reverse Speech”™ is a trademark of David John Oates (reversespeech.com), registered in Australia. dreamgirl.pro is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by David John Oates or Reverse Speech Pty Ltd.
  • Analysis output produced from your recording is yours to keep, share, or delete.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and responsive, but it is provided without uptime guarantees. Recordings are processed one at a time; queue times vary. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSIS OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, MEANINGFUL, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMGIRL.PRO’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON ANALYSIS OUTPUT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dreamgirl.pro harmless from claims arising out of recordings you upload without the rights or consents required by Section 3, or out of your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data handling). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where reasonably possible we will give you an opportunity to download your content first.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Service; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
